Cargo Company and Fee
Products are sent with DHL shipping company.
The shipping fee varies based on the shipping country and the number of items ordered. You can check the shipping fee on the check-out page.
The cargo only delivers on weekdays and official working days. Cargo is not delivered on weekends and public holidays.
DHL uses itsODD system (On–Demand Delivery) to give you better service. https://ondemand.dhl.com/ On this system they contact you by e-mail/sms to inform you about the delivery date. If you would like to make any changes on delivery date and/or delivery place, you can inform to DHL by e-mail or SMS which is the link by sent DHL
About Missing Orders
• Always open your order in front of the cargo agent.
If the package contents are missing or incorrect:
1. Never accept the delivery of cargo.
2. Attach the “Damage Determination Record “to the cargo agent.
3. Return the product/package to the cargo company with this record and invoice.
4. Contact us on any of our communication channels.
Can I Change the Shipping Address of My Order?
If you want to change the delivery address for your order, you can contact us via [email protected] before shipment . If you want to change delivery address after shipment, when DHL sents you delivery information by e-mail/SMS with a link, you can change your delivery address to use the link which is sent by DHL.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of official working days. According to your country and your address DHL delivers the package in 2-5 official working days unless the package is not stucked in your country’s custom for any reason.
When DHL gets your parcel from us, by e-mail they inform you in each step of your delivery.
Important! Customs policies, forces of nature, strikes, and so on are excluded from the stated delivery time.
Exchanges & Returns
If the product has not been removed, unused, unwashed, undamaged, labels and cards have been removed within 14 days from the date of receipt, you may return the card with the labels attached.
If you want to return any product(s), you need to provide us your order and product details via e-mail. Our contact e-mail is [email protected]. You must mention these pieces of information below :

Afterward, we will contact with DHL about your request and DHL will contact to you for arranging the return process.
Please write your name and surname and sign the invoice of your order and put it into the parcel with the products. In the meantime, we will send you return documents by an e-mail and you must print and give them to DHL Otherwise, the return process can not be made and your refund will not be made either.
About Return Shipping Cost
When you send back with our authorized shipping company, a fixed service fee of 10€ is deducted from your refund amount. Therefore, you do not need to pay anything when you send your package. We don’t accept returning with other shipping companies.
Payment of Refund Fee
The returned product/s are taken to the review queue after they reach us. If it applies to the return conditions, an e-mail message will be sent to you. Payment will be returned to your bank in the method you paid, within the 10 days of the delivery of this message. Depending on your bank, the period of return to your account will vary.
If you receive the product with a campaign, in case of lowering the campaign limit due to the return, the amount of discount used in the campaign is reduced and refunded.
Our site does not have a change process, you can get a refund and a refund can be sent.
